Smithville High School Fieldhouse Prepped for Upgrades
In preparation for HVAC upgrades at Smithville High School’s Wilbur Berkey Fieldhouse, Cardinal Environmental was selected by Green Local Schools to complete asbestos abatement. Cardinal Environmental technicians constructed a walkway tunnel to ensure the removal was done safely and covered all exposed surfaces, including pipe insulation and ceiling tiles.
Cardinal Environmental’s thoroughness and preparedness caught the eye of a tradesman working on the project.
“I’m an electrician out of Local 306 Akron and I’ve worked with abatement crews before, and I know what to expect usually, but here at Smithville (High School) it is not the normal at all. This crew is so organized and ready; they are clearly experienced in what they do and efficient at it also. I will highly recommend them in the future to anyone who will listen. A++.
