April 14, 2023 – Cardinal Group, Incorporated today announced that it has closed the sale of its safety products distribution business, Cardinal Safety Products, to DiVal Safety Equipment, Incorporated.
Commenting on the transaction, Cardinal Group’s Chief Operating Officer Brandon Skidmore said, “This divestiture reflects Cardinal Group’s strategic direction and completes a major step in our multi-year transformation into a high-performing commercial and industrial services company. For DiVal Safety, purchasing Cardinal Safety Products represents an opportunity to acquire an industry-leading distributor of safety products in the NE Ohio region. “We are devoted to the safety of our customers and committed to their bottom line,” said C.J.
