February 1, 2021 — Cardinal Group Inc. is pleased to announce that it has closed the purchase of Greyhound Hauling Express LLC. As we welcome the Greyhound Hauling Express brand into the Cardinal Group Inc. family of companies, we believe that their expertise in environmental waste transportation will significantly contribute toward expanding our total Environmental Services offerings.
 
Commenting on the transaction, Cardinal Group Inc. Vice President Brandon Skidmore said, “This transaction represents the completion of a strategic initiative to diversify our Environmental Services offerings and continue the geographic expansion of our central Ohio office.”
